Have you been paid correctly for your annual leave?
If your New Zealand payroll software doesn't do annual leave in WEEKS then it is not compliant (annual leave in hours, days or dollars is not compliant, and accruing annual leave as you go is also not compliant)
You stand a much better chance of being paid more if your annual leave accruals are handled correctly

So, I might be owed backpay or an increase my available leave?
Yes, it's very likely that you are owed backpay (if you no longer work for the employer and their payroll didn't manage leave correctly), or you might be due an adjustment your available leave balance (if you're still working)
